Minor bug fix with the /jmp command relating to a permissisons error

Minor bug fix for colouring text

Fixed the plugin added a command to reload the config: /jmp

This update adds just a bit more code in my personal library as well as a command that will hopefully make you able to refresh your Config in game.
This command may not work!
