Now you have
itemMovementNatural: false
It will make the item movement by default, its VERY SLOW, VERY VERY SLOW.

And
chestCommand: false
which enables the chest command + a lot of events in order to stay those chest closed. If you are not going to use chest command keep this on false.

Chest open and close wont be lost when (join|disconnect|restart)
