Massive Rework of Plugin

This updates brings much safer and optimised functionality.
A lot of errors and issues have been fixed as well as new additions.

Changelog:

- Updated to work on Minecraft 1.21.4
- Reworked how databases work and should now be much simpler and easier to work with.
- Reworked how the GUI works and is much more stable and optimised.
- Reworked how the chat works when changing settings through the GUI.
- Updated the edit inventory to be able to changed all items regarding if they're disabled or not.
- Updated tab completion to be easier to work with.
- Updated some texts.
- Added a reset command to reset all or one player specifically.

Usage:

/it admin reset <player/all>

ItemsAdder compatibility will be the main focus now for the next update.

- Added MySQL Support! You are now able to connect the plugin to your database and use the plugin for MutliServer usage. Item Textures can now be loaded accross servers if they are connected to the same database.
