Im rating this plugin a 2 (poor), due to lack of functionality and really any need for this plugin.

1) When a player right clicks, the Materials enum is looped until an item is found, then give to the player.
This is dangerous as it may give a player an item that the server owner doesn't want the player to have, ie: command blocks, structure blocks, bedrock, etc.
There should be a white/black list for these items.

2) I personally cannot imagine a single server ever needing this plugin. Im sorry to say but it's pretty dang useless.

3) I cant really say whether this plugin is written bad/good due to the fact that it's like 20 lines of functional code. Theres really just nothing here.

Summary:
- low level resource that no server would ever need.
- zero effort put into the development of this plugin.
