ItemFrameDelayBlock
Plugin created to limit the use of some items during a configured time interval, with the intention of avoiding dupe of items by players


Requirements
Minecraft Version: 1.16+


Customize Configuration (config.yml)

• debug-mode - Option to enable detailed logging of all generated events (default: false)
• delay-time - Indicates how many seconds to wait to use the ItemFrame (default: 2)
• notification-message - Information that is displayed to the player who uses the ItemFrame within the delay
