The plugin no longer assumes that the person executing the level command is the island owner. Now island members can also rank-up and down by doing the level command.

Updated for use with BentoBox 1.14.2+
The plugin will no longer try to change a player's rank when there is no new rank available. This fixes a NullPointerException in console.

You will need to regenerate your config in order to utilize this update. Make sure you backup your old config so you can copy over your custom ranks to the new one.
