Now, the plugin support 1.17.

To support action when player is on VPN/host/proxy, I just add ban feature.
Currently, there is only one processor: command.
Other are coming, specially those which are also used in Negativity.

Thanks to check-wrong config section, you can enable kick or ban.
You can disable this entire feature.

New feature :
IP notifier when multiple account log on same IP !
It allow you to run command, kick or send message when an IP is used by multiple user at same time.

Now: Detect VPN, hosting and proxy (showed in /getip command).
Yet, it doesn't kick if it's a VPN. Coming soon.
Such as I used multiple website to know if it is, I prefer show you that it's not than show it is but i'm not sure.

What's new ?
In the /getip, there is location of the IP ! (Country, city, organization ...)

What are the change in API ?
Now, the API enable to access to all IP data.
