New Features
UpdateChecker: Added an UpdateChecker feature with the option to disable it. This notifies users about new plugin updates, ensuring they stay informed.
Limit Information Command: Added /iomob info command to view the current mob limit.
Config Class Rework: Overhauled the configuration class, removing unnecessary get and private methods, and switched to a loadConfig approach for cleaner code.
Message Customization: All plugin messages are now configurable in config.yml.
Admin Command Toggle: Added the ability to disable the /iomob set command (previously, the admin-commands toggle was non-functional).
