It's a Invsee-Plugin it works for Minecraft 1.13 to 1.16.5
Commands: /invsee [Playername]
Permissions:
invsee.modify (With that permission you can take things out of the Player-Inventory)
invsee.preventmodify (With that permission you cannot remove items from the Player-Inventory. You can only see the items in the inventory)
