Fixed by comparing string and not type

Hi everyone,
Today I'm releasing the uptaded version for the 1.17 =)

/!\ 1.16, you don't need to update the plugin there is no new features

- Fixed a random issue
- You can no longer rotate item in invisible item frame anymore ( Also when placed on blocks )

You can no longer rotate item frame on blocks if they are hidden

Due to a minecraft bug, breaking item frame on ceiling cause item to glitch into the block and go upward

Compatible with GriefPrevention

+ Check if a block occlude the chest
+ Check if the player can open the chest ( worldguard for exemple )

Tested with worldguard with the flag interact deny, should be compatible with others protection plugin

Due to a bug of spigot a double chest don't close when the player quit the inventory

The plugin can be run with java 8
