- inventorypages.drop.none is now inventorypages.keep.all

- inventorypages.keep.hotbar allows you to keep the hotbar on death. Without this permission players will drop their hotbar on death.

- Note: Servers running versions of minecraft older than 1.12, please use InventoryPages version 1.0.1.
