Hello all, this is just a quick update!

• Ensured 1.18+ support. The plugin should now work on all versions from 1.8-1.18.1!
• Removed API-VERSION key from plugin.yml which could have resulted in incompatibility issues
• Updated GitHub documentation and added an issue template

It's been quite some time since I published an update to this resource, so I decided to fully recode it from scratch to ensure all versions of Minecraft are supported. Changes are noted below.

• Complete Recode + full upload to GitHub
• Added a configuration file to customize all aspects of the plugin
• Ensured that the plugin works properly on all versions of Minecraft

- Complete recode.
- Updated to 1.12, however does not currently have support for "extra items".
- Uploaded source to github.
