[InterCity-Transport-System] Release of v1.6-TC and a few points to note.
  1. Refactored the entire project to use Kotlin and HTTP.

  2. This version will not be compatible with any of those before 1.6, so make sure you update the plugin to version 1.6 on both sending and receiving servers.

  3. This version onwards require Spark-Spigot-API as a additional dependency to handle HTTP Requests
