Added reload function
  • Added reload function (use either /friend or /party from the console to reload PAF and all supported extensions)
  • Added support for extension config folder (can be activated in the config of Party and Friends under "Extensions.UseExtensionFolderAsConfigFolder")
  • Now using the more recent API which makes it faster and makes it work also with versions released in the future
