Fixed the bug where if an hopper tries to take items from a double chest a-lot of errors happen.
allowed hoppers to instantly pickup items from chest, as suggested by fjgdfeAWFHJhkg on spigot. (i think thats what they suggested)
Updated the plugin to work with 1.16 and 1.17 servers!
