InputCooldown -----
Add cooldowns to plotsquared redstone contraptions to prevent spam/griefing.- This update stops the plugin from crashing if PlotSquared isn't installed. Usage without it is untested.
- Various small bug fixes, code improvements, and clean ups. Nothing user facing
- Input materials (signs, pressure plates, etc) are now detected by checking the material name endings, meaning better future support for new materials without manual additions.
- Units of time (s, m, h) can now be used in setting cool downs, for example
/ic set click 10m to set a cooldown of 10 minutes

- Previous release crashed on plotsquared v6 because of api changes. The plugin now requires Plotsquared V6, which is the latest version for 1.17.1.
