no config file anywhere even after starting the server multiple times over, commands dont work and the permission dont even exist. terrible.

Today I tested this in 1.13 using the latest release (July 18th). InGameMOTD continues to offer the features I use it for without any problems. The old config did not appear to require any updates and ran as-is. Seamless update and works in 1.13.

Works amazingly, one of the best in game MOTD plugins out there! Would definitely recommend this if you want something nice on your server.
