This update fixes a few bugs and issues with the plugin and boilerplates adding effect removal and effect gain crafting recipes.

I've moved some events to functions for better readability and customization.

If you have max negative effects, you cannot be farmed for positive effects anymore.

All effect timers swapped out for infinite timers, to fix issues with effects actually applying and health boost saturation issues.
