Previously there were multiple bugs that would cause an infinicake to not respawn. This update fixes most of them, but there may be a few rarer bugs that cause cakes to be lost.

Also, you can now change how much hunger and saturation infinicakes deliver in the config; however, it's not exactly pretty, since hunger is first calculated client side, then the server changes it.

Added configuration options for player/mob damage and killing dropped items.

- Added a death message for when players are killed by falling cakes.
- Fixed bug where falling cakes would drop a regular cake when broken.

Cakes now respawn by summoning a falling block (cake) above the respawn location instead of just reappearing. This can be disabled in the config.
