I have recoded the plugin, now the code is better and it's working with every new version

- Fixed an error during age setup

- Added IdentityCard placeholder in the setup

If you are using the previously versions there are the placeholders:
- %gender%, %age%, %name%, %surname%
(These placeholders are working only in the DONE item)

- PlaceholderAPI as it depends or the plugin will not start
- The code has been optimized
- Fixed GUI exploits
- Added in the GUI the placeholders in lore
- Added Name and Surname options
- Added new placeholders:
%identitycard_name%
%identitycard_surname%
