Added /shout command which allows for players to broadcast highlighted messages to all players but on a cooldown. Could be given as a donator perk. Give the hyperchat.shout permission to shout and give the hyperchat.shout.bypass permission to bypass the cooldown for shouting. Default cooldown is 1 hour. Updated skript to 1.20 and added /dm alias for private messaging.

You can now send a message to staff chat by making the first letter of your message a #. For example: "#Hello staff"

Use /pm or /msg to privately message someone.

I have obviously not worked on this Skript for a long time so it is now no longer considered to be in active development. I will now only be updating it for bug fixes or when new versions of Minecraft release. As of testing, it works on the latest version of Minecraft and Skript and has been known to work on all versions of Minecraft and Skript dating back to 1.7.

There is a custom chat formatter now available with the following features and limitations:

There are still a few non-breaking errors that will be fixed in due time.

Hyperchat now works with 1.14.

+ Staffchat now shows the staff member who sent it
+ New prefixes and suffixes! Access them with /prefix and /suffix. Note: Hyperchat Prefixes and Suffixes will overwrite existing player's prefixes and suffixes from permissions plugins. Because of this I have limited them to be on a per-user basis. In the future I will be adding a config file so that you can manually delete data for a player.
