This is based on FlyWithFood since it's seemingly been abandoned. It's been refactored, modified, and tweaked.

Commands:

• /fly - Enable/Disable flight
• /fly [player] - Enable/Disable flight for others
  
• /flyadmin reload - Reload config

Permissions:

• hungyflight.fly - Access to /fly
• hungyflight.fly.other - Allow to use /fly [player]
• hungyflight.nohunger - Fly without losing hunger
  
• hungyflight.admin - Access to /fly reload, and help menu
