fixes plugin not working with the 'newer' versions of tabuucore of v2.0.0+

fixed issue that prevented the plugin from working with some newer versions of tabuucore

This update is the plugin being remade from scratch due to the old version not being the quality I want it to be. The plugin also no longer supports pre-1.12.2. This rework also means that tabuucore is now a dependency.
