Fixed not working correctly when travelling over non-solid blocks (like rails and torches)

Now works with all horse-like rideable mobs, such as donkeys & camels

- Improve handling of player reconnections & dismounts
- Better support for non-solid blocks (such as dirt paths, farmland, slabs, and soul sand)
