Fixed plugin adding previously tames horses to the config when sitting on the horse and using the /horse command

- Improved in game notifications when trusting/untrusting
- Added a new /horse gui to trust, untrust or transfer without commands

- Added reload command to reload plugin config
- Disable protection in specific worlds in the config

- Removes horse data on death (Thanks to Matt for the contribution)

- Added support for mule, donkey & skeleton horse
