- Place a custom brewing stand to act as a hookah base.
- Right-click it to connect with a bamboo mouthpiece (you can share the hookah with up to 4 players).
- Use the bamboo to inhale smoke, triggering visual effects and temporary nausea.
- Drop the bamboo to disconnect from the hookah.
- Players are automatically cleaned up on quit or distance from the stand.
