Fix InventoryDragEvent unfiltered issue

Rewrite update data
- Rewrite Update (now background storage data)
- Update the box in hand when closing instead of updating data every time (improves performance)
- Box data can be saved normally when dying
- The current data can be saved when the server is shut down (players who are using portable boxes will be forced to shut down)

`language.yml` is expected to be added in the next update
