Mentioning a specific world will now only notify players in that world. Permission: hmentions.world

A clean and minimal notification style was added as an actionbar alternative to the title "YOU WERE MENTIONED!" message. Can be adjusted via user GUI.

Spam warnings are now displayed in the actionbar instead of the chat. Helps keep the chat clean.

The @everyone mention now notifies all players online. Includes permission and config support.
