By purchasing and downloading Helix you accept to the following:
- You hold the sole responsibility for the plugin once downloaded. In the event of a leak originating from your copy of the plugin you will be held responsible.
- You may not redistribute the plugin in any way, shape or form, neither it's code or parts of it.
- You may only use the plugin on servers where you are the owner.
- You accept that refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. The only exception to this is if you have contacted SpigotMC and they have approved a refund.
- You are not allowed to perform a chargeback.
- If you have questions or come across any issues you agree that you will not post them on Spigot. We will not provide any support on Spigot, all support is given on Discord.
