Firstly add the permissions to your user/group.
Use the /hearthstone:get command to get a new Hearthstone.
Afterward, you can set up a new home using /hearthstone:sethome
Right-click while holding the Hearthstone to teleport to your home.

You can tweak the cooldown & cast time in config.yml all values are seconds.
