Chat Messages reworked
A message that is empty in the config is now no longer displayed

All commands can now be executed by Console.

Unnecessary shades removed.

- Major Bugfix (Its very important that you update to 2.3. Else you may get problems with other plugins.)
- Updated help message (/healthmanager help)

The configuration file is no longer in the HealthManager2.jar.
Now, it is located in: /HealthManager2/config.yml.

The config.yml is now the default config. Please don't change it anymore!

Added PlaceholderAPI Support

The content of the placeholder can be changed in the config.

With HealthManager2 I have completely rewritten and extended HealthManager. There are now some functions more. For more information look at the commands under "Overview" or the Readme.md file on GitHub.

The using of the plugin is easier for public servers!
