Mobs Health Bar Update

The config file was updated, so is recommended to delete the old version and let the plugin update
Now you can change the mob's health bar with in-game commands using the commands:
/hb set-mobs-style-display <name>
/hb set-mobs-style <id>
Now you can block certain mobs from appearing health bar, just put the mob ID in the config list disabled-mobs, for example:

Hotfixes

Now the plugin has an API version, this should get rid of the legacy message in the server startup.
Now when a mob kills or is killed, their name appears in chat instead of their health bar.

UPDATE

Now the health bar is working in 1.7.10. (tested)
Internal optimization when created health bar.
Now you can disable the health bar in certain worlds, just put in the list in the config.yml, if the list doesn't appear just delete the config.yml and generate a new one.
Bug in command auto-complete fixed.
