/maxhearts command (and related health.maxhearts and health.maxhearts.others permissions)
The /hearts command can now be used to set hearts based on the player's maximum health (previously it was possible to set them up to a maximum of 10)
Fixed
When the /hearts command was used, no error message was sent if the player's maximum health was less than the specified number of hearts to be set. For example, if the player had 8 hearts and 10 hearts were to be set, the plugin would set 8 hearts without giving any alert.
Now /healme fully heals the player's health (previously only the first 10 hearts were restored)
