Use players' heads anywhere!Some fixes and optimization.
- The default service for retrieving heads is now MCHeads.
- Added the feature to retrieve another player's head. Use the placeholder "%headsanywhere_head_<name>%" to do so.
- Updated SkinsRestorer to version 15.0.0.
- Optimized the code.
- Added option to change the head provider site
- Now, if kick-player is disabled and messaging is enabled, a message will be sent when resource pack is declined.
- Fixed compatibility with older versions of the Spigot API (before 1.19)
- Added support for versions starting from 1.16
- Added an option to kick the player if they have not accepted the resource pack or if the resource pack download failed.
