Fully Configurable Lockable blocks, new /lockables command

Lockables Commands:
/lockables reload - Reload the lockables configuration
/lockables list - List all lockable materials
/lockables check - Check if the item in your hand is lockable
/lockables add <material> - Add a material to lockables
/lockables remove <material> - Remove a material from lockables
