This v1.5 add a new commands : /colorchat --> It's like this plugin: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/colorcodes.32415/ (go see it)

Also a new command: /hchatreload (or /hchatrl or /hcrl). with this new commands you can reload the config.yml (and not reload the entire server)

And finally, you can set you own message if a player execute the command but didn't have the permission (in config.yml go to permission --> no-permission and set the message )
