What it does? When you send a chat message it’ll automatically generates the DATA that you have store it on the config file and makes it when a player hover the message he will see the data. Data: the data can be edited on the config.yml file and it supports PlaceholderAPI! Example: You put %luckperms_prefix% on config, To make it work you need to: EXECUTE: /papi ecloud download luckperms EXECUTE: /papi reload That will download the expansion for luckperms and hook it into the plugin.
