Fixed an issue causing hex colors to not be parsed correctly in the lore.
Also fixed an issue sometimes causing & to not parse correctly in the config file.

Updated the config file to use & instead of §.
(Existing config files using § should still work.)

- You can now add CustomModelData to the trackers.
(Forgot to add it to the previous update, got distracted.)

- New tracker: Arrows Fired

- Trackers should no longer be able to stack.

- Added an option to add spaces between lore.
- The update notifications no longer prompt you, if you're using a version higher than the latest.
(The Spigot API takes a little to update the versions, so if you update right after a release, the api still thinks the released version is older)

Fixed an issue causing errors to be thrown in the console, if a player tried to craft a shapeless recipe.

To combat craft glitches, you can no longer shift-craft trackers.

Fixed an error in the version string on spigot, causing the plugin to always report a new update.

All trackers now track for all equipment and held items.

You can now enable crafting of trackers, and specify the items required.
Since I'm not very advanced, this is very simple crafting.
(You will have to set up the crafting on your own. I've made the plugin generate a template)


Fixed an issue causing Damage Taken and Damage Dealt to round their numbers, leading to incorrect values.

Fixed an issue causing "Time Flown" to still count even if disabled.

Added 3 new trackers:
- Player Kills.
- Jumps.
- Distance Flown.
(These trackers are automatically added to your config.yml file)

Tracker "mobs-slain" no longer counts killed players.

Added an optional additional lore that is added to trackers given with /trackers give.

Changed '$value' to '%value%' to better match regular placeholders, and future placeholders.

Changing the value in format from the old to new, will NOT break existing trackers.

Had to publish the plugin in order to make the update checker work.
