Hello everyone!

This plugin allows you to create, buy, sell, rent houses.
This plugin, in addition to buying and selling, adds an interactive display of the house with all the information and adds the rent. Now that you have bought a house, you will have to pay a tax on it, depending on the volume of the house.

• Allows you to buy, sell, rent WorldGuard Regions.
• The region can be given a name (house name).
• The region is bought for money (Vault).
• The region can be bought by clicking on a special sign.
• By looking at the sign, you can find out all the information about the house.
• By clicking on the sign, you can see all the commands.
• The purchased apartment can be rented out and paid for it.
• When creating a house, the region is given high priority and removes the region's creator.
• When renting a house, there are 2 options:
1) The player will be able to break all blocks, place, open chests.
2) The player will not be able to change the design inside the house, but only open the chests.

hausemaster.create - allows you to create a new home.
hausemaster.remove - allows you to remove a house.
housemaster.basic.all - opens basic commands for the player.
housemaster.basic.moneyup - allows you to fund your account at home.
housemaster.basic.sale - allows you to sell a house.
housemaster.basic.rentstop - allows you to stop renting.
housemaster.basic.rent - allows you to rent a house.
housemaster.basic.buy - allows you to buy a house.

Lock the region:
//wand - get an axe.
Select the region by left-clicking and right-clicking and write:
/rg claim regionname

1)The region must be cuboid. To create a house, write:
/myhouse create regionname price House_Name
The name of the house can be anything, if you need to put a space - put the "_" sign between the words.


2)We put a sign near the region and write on it:
First line - H: SALE
The second line is the name of the region
Third line - 0
All signs are suitable, except for hell.


This is the result!


When you click on the sign, if you have enough money, you buy this house and can bet and break in private. The sign changes to this!


Hovering over the plate, you will see all the information. If you click on the plate, you will see the main commands!


3)If you want to rent a house to a player - white command:
/myhouse rent regionname player price <breakOrnot - true or false>
