Changes:

The language Spanish it's finished
Added the more options to the config, select armor mobs and select caves difficulty!


Added special mobs:
- Special Skeleton
this mob drops a Bow with Power VIII & Infinity I (disable this option in config file)
The command /hcp info updated.

Added the option specialmobs
Added welcome message in language Spanish

this is a new:

Message in death
Customize language, Spanish 50%
New mobs with effects, Phantom and Cave Spider
Customize Explosion Radius with creepers
activate o deactivate BoostCreepers
activate o deactivate Spider Effects
add Comand "Info" and "reload", how to usage: /hcp reload (reload the config.yml) /hcp info (get info to the commands)
add config.yml, customize "all" in config.yml
