Fixed Some Bugs

Hello everyone i decided to update the plugin to add these new features :

Note: Your config file will be automatically updated without losing your modifications

Added Action Bars Support ( You can enable or disable it in the config )
Added /buylive command if you have Vault plugin installed
Added The Ability to reload the config or data file without reloading the server ( /hardcorelives reload <data or config> )

And fixed many bugs!

Hello everyone in todays update i added
- Added PlaceholderAPI expansion. You can use %hardcorelives_lives% in your scoreboard or something else to show up the lives of the player. you don't need to download any expansion from cloud this is built in.
- You can now use setlive getlive givelive in console but you can't use lives
