This plugin for 1.16 servers only makes Minecraft so hard list of features includes

Features:
Larger Creeper explosions
If you die you go into spectator
if you fill a bucket up you get levitation
everything you drop turns to dirt
you get blindness if you say sad in chat
and many more

How to use:
to start simply enter the command:/start
and you get blindness and the main event happens
