This is a stability hotfix addressing community-reported issues. Update recommended for all servers using beacon effects.
Bug Fixes
Fixed: Pumpkin buffs interfering with beacon effects
- Removed automatic buff removal when pumpkin helmet is taken off
- This was causing beacon buffs to be removed every 5 seconds
- Pumpkin buffs now expire naturally (15 seconds default)
- Glow effect still removes immediately when helmet is removed
Fixed: Players with Halloween disabled still receiving pumpkin buffs
- Pumpkin buff system now properly checks if player has Halloween enabled
- Uses isEligible() check before applying buffs
- Respects /halloween disable setting
Config Migration
- Seamless update from v3.0.0 - No config changes needed
- Automatic migration from older versions with timestamped backup
- Backup format: config_YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS.backup.yml
