GUI Plus is dead – version V3 is a completely different plugin. The translation of all existing GUIs to the new plugin, which is referred to here as the continuation and "V3", does not work properly. It's disappointing – I have over 140 GUIs on my server, and I have to practically rebuild all of them from scratch. GUIPlus was simple and irreplaceable; this plugin complicates a lot of things. Use version 2.99 if you want the original GUIPlus – it should work up to version 1.21.4.

It would have been much better if the developers had come to an agreement in a different way – for example, by continuing development of the original GUIPlus instead of creating a mess for all clients and forcing them to learn a completely different plugin from scratch.

I think you can consider guiplus dead after version 3. However, if you want to use guiplus, I recommend using version 2.99. This developer seems to have forgotten why you use guiplus. Version 3 is really terrible. It's complicated and even lost features.

I don´t understand what happened with plugin. Overview on Spigot where is the Youtube Videos about that plugin is different then reality when I bought it. Like what is in video is not what i Bought.

Executing commands are not working for some reason.

I game 2 stars because it is still customizable as "per look" GUI menu, but functionality is problem here, because commands cannot be executed, even the simplest one: /fly, /give <player> apple 1... Its gave me all time errors even when commands is CORRECT!

I am actually very dissapointed because I paid for this plugin and its not even working, that commands configurable on left, right, middle clicks are so important to modify better GUI, but simply it doesnt work.

Im thinking for refunding this plugin. Cannot understand why these videos on Spigot website are different...?

...it tells me: Unknown or incomplete command, see below for error.... <--here.

And there is no mistake, its a default command. There is no discord or some support to reach this problem. I dont know how to fix this. o.O

I rate it 4 stars, it's a really good plugin, definitely worth its price. Easy to use, easy to handle. There's only one thing that bothers me, every time the gui is switched, the cursor lands in the middle of the screen, and I understand that it's Mojang's fault and that you would have to recode a lot of things, but for example another free plugin has this feature and it's FREE, maybe it's not something serious, but it completely ruins the fun of using complex linked GUIs. Anyway, dear author, it's still a solid four stars :)

The GUI design is excellent and user-friendly. However, the lack of conditional commands is a drawback. It would be helpful to have features like "If Condition X, then apply Lore X; if Condition Y, then apply Lore and Function Y." Adding this functionality would greatly enhance the flexibility. Also, a community Discord for support and discussion would be a fantastic addition.

Hi there, the plugin is awesome and I love it. But we have a The problem is the following.Let's say I've created a staff theme (so they can mute, ban Kick, warn) etc... The problem is when we give the command to a user, they give it to us by putting It's because it sanctions us. And of course we already put /gui open (gui name) and (user). It remains a very good plugin for creating standard inventories similar to DeluxeMenus but in-game. The current competition for this plugin is not much, but it's not bad either compared to similar ones. What it really lacks to reach a higher level is the ability to add animations, allowing for animations per second or per tick within an inventory. This would be the best addition for more advanced decoration features. Without a doubt, it would be a hard blow to many plugins that rely on multiple dependencies or don't offer this feature in a single plugin that already allows for in-game inventory creation.

I love the plugin however a massive issue that caused me to 3 star this is the fact that I can't colorize my title for each menu I create. It says "The Max-Size of the Title is 32" even If I put in for example &7Test. It doesn't allow color codes or Hex which I find extremely weird considering almost every plugin supports color codes and 50% HEX. Other than that I haven't had any other issues. I also think we should have a discord that we can join a a support discord.

When creating a menu in the main menu, I add a command and write a new name for the icon, everything works, but after a reboot everything resets. And I’m constantly unable to add new icons to the main menu because of this error.
Please help me with a solution, I'm using minecraft version 1.20.4

Initially there was the same error, but somehow after a few times of creating the same menu 2 of them remained and after a reboot do not disappear. But when I try to create new menus, the settings on the old ones, most often commands, are lost. I tried downloading again, but still the error repeats.

Do not recommend purchasing. The plugin looks like it has great potential, but if you have any issues you won't receive help. Using the plugin at all on my 1.20.2 server crashes it. Creator doesn't have any means of contact besides through Spigot page. I have sent many messages which have all been ignored. Would love to give it a chance, if I was actually able to use the plugin.

There are plugins which can do million other things and are constantly being maintned and getting feature updates and actually listen to feature requests and do the same, Its been around 2-3 months I got this plugin and since then it got only 2-3 bug fix and compatibility fix updates, that's it.

Very good product.

Something minor about it, firstly I wish there was somewhere I could suggest features.

Secondly, the feature I would suggest is to add conditions of some kind. For instance it would be super cool to allow commands with inputs. To give an example we created a "Bank Menu" with bunch of buttons, one being for bank usages.

/bankmenu to open up the menu.
You can select either a withdraw or a deposit button.
You select the withdraw one, you are now prompted to write in the chat how much you want to withdraw.
So you write "500" in the chat.

From there on you can as developer decide between the result if it has to specifically be a STRING, INT or FLOAT.

After that you should be allowed to specify very simple and basic if-statements with the result of each if-statement. It should be natural if-else.

Even if this feature would be added through file-editting and not included in the GUI part of GUIPlus, it would be pretty epic!

It's possible to edit everything a regular User can see, but it's not possible to translate the Admin-only GUI's, sorry.

It has a huge bug where you can duplicate items:
* Shift click item to set it on your inventory and press escape, all at the same time.
* The item is now in your inventory, for example, if it's an diamond block, place it on the crafting bench.
* Get 9 diamonds.

Apart from that, overall it has potential but for me it's missing some really important features:
* Being able to use placeholders in commands.
* Being able to use inputs to then do a command with them, like with an anvil or a sign.
* On top of specifying permissions for actions, I'd love to be able to do conditions with placeholders, like for example %player% == X. Very similar to how the Interactions v1.31.3 plugin does it.

It's not possible to duplicate Items without Creative Mode. Yes, it's possible to spam the Item with Creative, but a normal Survival Player will only have a Ghost Block. Next time please send me a proper Bug Report as a private message.

I can't add every requested Feature, because GUIPlus is focused on simplicity. I want to make the GUI Creation as accessible to everyone without any knowledge.

Yes. I save the Commands per Slot and not per Item.
I don't want to keep the Commands on the Items because it'll bring a lot more Problems. You can however change the Slot Number in the Config.

Hey! Great plugin. I have only one problem. If I want to create a GUI with several pages and the next GUI opens, the mouse goes directly to the middle of the screen. It's super annoying when you have multiple pages! Because there is no support (at least I didn't find any) I'm asking this how I can change that or if you can change that in the plugin.

It's really an amazing plugin and I'd REALLY recommend it to anyone who wanna spice up their server ;) My only issue is, that I haven't found a way yet to display online players in a gui, cause I'd like to make a complete admin gui that admins can use, to do admin stuff, and the lack of a "tutorial section" that expands on the current commands available is kind of a bummer:/ But apart from that, It was worth all the money and I'm really happy with the product! This plugin has made all my servers so much better, I've had since my first server, it was my first plugin. It's amazing! If you are considering buying this, why consider? Just do it!

My original store was made on this, got to hard configuring it all so I moved to a shop GUI but I still can make all plugins work with this, hub menus, admin ban menus, so much more.

Its super customisable and in general the best plugin I own!

A major bug, the player will increase his experience when he clicks on the decoration item in the GUI. When the player's level reaches 10+ and the experience value progress exceeds 20% or less than 80%, clicking any decoration item in any GUI will Give players more experience.

-Needs more documentation (especially on permissions, I figured it out eventually though)
-Should have a command allowing for local block type in the menu to be changed within specific slots of a gui
^ since this 2nd one isn't a thing I'm working around it by making a ton of menus and perms to open those menus

BUT I can't seem to fully remove the error msg of someone not being able to open a menu, so ppl get spammed with this message, I tried deleting it in the message file but then they get spammed with blank space. is there any possible way to completely remove an error message, it's really the only way to workaround this problem.

For something like that just use a Plugin like CommandItem. I haven't implemented it, because many Servers already own a Plugin like that. And often u need it for multiple Plugins.

This plugin is the best one i have ever seen.
Not only it is fast, it is also convenient.

I have been using delexemenus to design menu for a long time, switching into guiplus not only reduce the amount of work required to make a menu, it is also simple to use.

You don't need to use console to change a menu, you can just use in game editor, of course, you can also change the menu using texteditor to edit the menu file. Staff can easily understand how to use.

The price of this plugin is also acceptable

This feature I haven't implemented because plenty of Servers already have a similar Plugin installed like CommandItems. Just get something like that and you can bind Commands to Items for every Plugin :)

Actually a great plugin! But, I have a problem to where no one in the server can actually use the items in the menus because they "don't have enough XP". How do I disable this? I don't want any menus to cost anything to use.

The in-game editor is honestly such a handy feature.. truly nothing is missing from this for me, has saved me so much time so I can focus on other parts of development for my server.

Amazing plugin. If you can think it up, you can create it, super easily. As a server owner, I get really annoyed editing config after config, and it’s really nice to just be able to drag and drop straight into the menu without having to touch any amount of code.

I would love to see this plugin allow more economy plugins usable with this. I’m using GamePoints, personally, and can’t connect it with the GUIs. Though it can do just about everything, it can’t be my all-in-one plugin because of this. That would be the only thing I would love to see changed/added.

Other than that, it’s spectacular :).

Love this plugin. I make guis for everything... Want to be a cat? /cat opens up a menu where you can morph into any cat and trigger cat sounds. Want a drum machine? /mpc opens a menu with note blocks. I made everything in game without opening config. For me it's essential and helps bring my other plugins to life.

Yeah, the plugin works fine, but it's so annoying that you can't put multiple command aliases, i know i can full copy the gui and change the command alias, but if i need to modify the warp gui i have to put 12 gui with 12 command aliases, it's so annoying, for essentials gui i'm using deluxemenus and i would like to remove it, please add multiple command aliases, ready to change to 5 stars when this update will come

Thanks for the update ! The problem with xEssentialschat is fixed, great support coming from the Dev ! The plugin is just a amazing, it allows you to create custom GUIs over custom GUIs. There are so many possiblities, you can create shops, menus for your lobby even link your minigames/warps ect. Once again great job, keep it up !

I've tried free as well as another paid GUI resource and this is hands down the best and well worth the money. The other paid one I tried worked just fine but it wasn't as intuitive or as easy to use. This one is way more simple to use can can do just as much advanced stuff (also in an easier way) If you're looking for a good GUI editor that works in 1.14 you've found it. Buy this now! Stop reading and just buy it! :)

Also, please ignore the 2 negative reviews with 1 star... I don't know what their problem was, but instead of leaving a negative review they could have asked for help. Commands work just fine for me. I've tested console as well as sudo-ing a player. This plugin is awesome <3

i love this plugin makes your server a lot more professional but if it is possible i want to make it so i can make my command alias /punish and then when i type the command /punish Techno_tacos them it will bring up a gui and i make make it so i can mute them for one reason so i dont have to do /ban and type in a bunch of extra information i can just type /punish {playername} so if you could add this feature me and my staff would love it

No commands work in the gui. I try put in any command. I type 'heal' or 'gamemode 1' or 'gui open (name of gui)' and it always come up with unkown command. Biggest waste of my money and I haven't been able to get any help with it at all.

I Found A BUG, so i can created menu and edit the gui that i made and i drop command on grass "island", and gui created, so i open the gui with "is" command, next i press the grass what happens in always showing text like this "unknown comman. Type '/help' for help"

Also how do i make it were i can type /mute [playername] and make them mute gui open no matter the name i put in inside? for example /mute tropicalqaz and that opens the gui menu. Great PLUGIN. First of all, why this Bad Review when everything works fine?
You can open GUIs from GUIs like with every other Command too ...
It's not possible to create a Mute GUI, because if hundreds of Players on the Server, how should my Plugin predict which Player it should mute? You can only interact with the Viewers name

This plugin is awesome, I am currently making a shop plugin using it and I made a tag plugin using it. With a little creativity, you can make anything you want. I also like the feature that whenever you make the alias of a GUI you can still run that command through the GUI as if you never put that alias in the first place.

It would be awesome if you could make a discord, I would love to help people with using the plugin and even make GUIs for people.

Also can you make it so you can purchase things with xp? you have it so you can purchase things with items and money but no xp? if you could do this eventually it would be awesome

You can also make it say info because of its support with placeholderapi! Great plugin definitly recommend buying it! (Its a must for skyblock, factions, or prison servers)

also really good on constructing no need to go to config.
I use both ItemJoin and Gui plus the best combo for a good server

-:Not working on Craftbukkit only on spigot, also you need another plugin if you want items to work as gui's like Itemjoin, Also you cannot make a decent shop like you want, you'll have to use /buy in the plugin to make a shop

Awesome plugin! It's weird to see a plugin that allows you to create GUIs in a GUI. But I still like it. All the other free plugins make you have to edit the GUI in a config.yml which is boring and complex and this one makes it easier because you do everything in a GUI! Highly recommend.

Et bien oubliez tout ca, avec /gui, tu va crée FACILEMENT une interface ou tu mettre toute les infos que tu veux !
Une section commandes ? facile
Une section craft ? gogo
Une section que pour ton staff ? ( et oui, même le staff sera content ^^ )

Enfin bref, même un petit serveur devient pro avec ce plugin.

If you do not buy this plugin, then the human race has reached a new low level. This is without a doubt the best GUI plugin on spigot. The price is VERY reasonable, and it's an amazing plugin. I am truly amazed by how easy it is to create GUI's, and yet it is still very powerful. I strongly encourage you to purchase this plugin.

This is by far one of the best plugins to ever been created. This is one of those plugins that will make your life as a server owner/dev a LOT easier. I like to give credit where credit is due.

This would have to be the best GUI creation plugin I have ever used, there is no more having to type confusing commands in to the yml files, it is all done for you.

The plugin beats command chests and custom GUI hands down, this is by far the best I have seen and used, it is well worth the money.

The author is fantastic, he up dates on a regular basis and if you find something that needs to be added or an error, he fixes it straight away.

This plugin in a MUST for any server that uses GUIs. I can't say enough good things about this plugin, but it comes very close to being the most user friendly plugin on Spigot or Bukkit for that fact.

Well done to the author, keep up the great work and thank you for your contribution in making my life a little easier to run my servers.

I have never had an easier time creating GUIs than with this plugin. Every other plugin out there had me custom creating GUIs using convoluted text files, but this actually lets you make a GUI for your server IN GAME, with absolutely no need to ever open your plugins folder. Works 100%, and am very happy with my purchase. Help support this guy, it's worth it!
