GuardianUtility: Technical & Usage

Plugin Overview & Core Usage
The core purpose of GuardianUtility is to provide server staff with an immediate, reliable player lockdown tool. It is engineered for multi-version stability and high performance.

Basic Command Usage:

Command: /freeze
Example Usage: /freeze Notch
Description: Toggles the player's freeze status (Freezes if unfrozen, unfreezes if frozen).

Essential Permission:
Staff members must possess the following permission to execute the core command: 'guardianutility.use.freeze'

Customizing Messages (config.yml)
The entire user experience is fully customizable in the config.yml file, which is generated upon the first run of the plugin.

Accessing the Config:

1. Navigate to the directory: plugins/GuardianUtility/
2. Open the config.yml file.
3. Use the ampersand (&) symbol for legacy color codes (e.g., &c for red, &l for bold).
