Starting on this version, servers below 1.16 are dropped temporarily until I find a way to backport these new things to old versions.

• Resolved a dumb mistake with version-to-feature checks that caused the Shulker module to be disabled on Minecraft 1.21.7+.
  
• PlayerHover - Player names can now be hovered to show a custom text (configured in config.yml). No external dependencies required!
  
• Mentions - Players can now mention others in chat. When mentioned, the player receives a notification, fully customizable, with support for:

• Cleaned up the permission system by removing weirdly named permissions for better clarity and usage.

• As of this version, the Vault plugin is no longer a required dependency. It has been changed to a soft dependency, meaning installation is only needed if you want to use its money module. When Vault is not installed, the money module will be automatically disabled.
