Fixed a tablist bug with the 1.12 version

This update is a big one.
What was added/changed:
- The Plugin should now be able to run from a server with version 1.8 to 1.17
- Many bugs were fixed
- There are now 2 messagesfiles. GermanMessages and EnglishMessages:
The EnglishMessages will be used by default but if you want to have a different language supported you have to change the messages in the EnglishMessages file to your language. If you want to change it to German select everything from the GermanMessages and replace it in the EnglishMessages.

Added missing messages which were "null" before.
-> Delete your MessagesFile

Removed wierd  letter in the tablist
