Create a grave when a player dies

Description:
This plugin will create a grave whenever a player dies and send the location in chat (Configurable). Upon breaking the grave the items return to their original slot (if available).

There will be more added this overtime, like particle effects and more, also open to requests/feedback.

Features:

Create grave on death
Grave will have holograms with information on death
Ability to require grave to be broken with a certain amount of time
Ability to teleport with command
Ability to have grave glow with certain radius
Ability to claim grave with command incase you can't break your grave
Ability to restore broken graves (within a time limit, configurable)
Ability to limit number of graves
Ability to keep certain items with lore from going into grave (like keep inventory)
Ability to set percentage of drops to keep on death

Removing Plugin/Graves:
In the event a hologram/armor stand needs to be removed use this command: /gravestonesplus KillGravesRadius. In the event that fails use this command: /minecraft:kill @e[type=armor_stand,distance=..4] or /minecraft:kill @e[type=minecraft:item_display,distance=..4]

In the event you want to remove the plugin, shutdown the server first, this will kill all armor stands, then remove the plugin.
