• Adding Waypoint Torch has owner meaning that other players cannot break torches that doesn't belong to them.
• Adding Sounds {Sound.BLOCK.BEACON.ACTIVATE} on placing a Waypoint Torch and {Sound.BLOCK.BEACON.DEACTIVATE} on breaking a Waypoint torch.
• Adding holograms that spawn above the Waypoint Torch that shows who's the owner of the Torch. {Packet based using ProtocolLib REQUIRED}
• Adding new 2 configs {torches.yml | holograms.yml}.
• Adding command /glowcap reload - Reloads the plugin's configs.

• Fixing an issue that happens when you place a Waypoint Torch where the Particle Trail is on the edge of the block instead of Middle of block.
• Fixing an issue when 2 or more players uses the Waypoint Torch and holds the Enchanted torch it will stop the Trail effect for all players.

• Adding a night-vision option.

HUGE UPDATE
• Adding Cap Controller Which with can control how much the cap can emit light (levels from 1-15).
• Adding settings.yml file which you can customize the recipe of both the controller and the cap.
• Adding light-update-time which you can configure how frequently does the light updates from settings.yml file.
• Adding UpdateChecker to check for new update and you can disable the updatechecker player message by setting this permission to false (
glowcap.receiveupdatenotifications).
• Removing particle effect when wearing the GlowCap to reduce lag.
• When holding the Controller you can see how much the light level.
