Gimer grapple hook(NO RESOURCEPACK) -----
This grapple hook plugin allows player to have a grapple hook on their server.This is version 1.3 and I got bstats working!
This also marks the start of development for a new plugin.

A new version of the plugin releases today a few bugs fixed and added some code for bstats will work more on that later. Please give feedback on this plugin.
